Does anybody know some games or activities to do with a 4 and 5 year old pee wee cheerleading squad?
I coach 4 and 5 year old little girls in a pee wee cheerleading squad, they are adorable but after about 15 minutes they are really tired of it and they dont like reviewing all there cheers over and over, any ideas on a game or activity we can do?

Youth pee wee cheer squad coaching help?
My sister is a coach of a youth pee wee squad and im the assistant coach, last weekend the girls misbehaved at a game and it happened to be that at the same time my sister was sick.The other assistant coach made the girls do 75 push ups, i felt like there was something other than that that we could make the girls do. So in case this situation happens again, i would like to know what i can do instead of making them do 75 push ups...such as perhaps running or something appropriate for their age but also that will discipline them.

When I was assisting with our local pop warner team, whenever the girls misbehaved they either ran extra at the end of the next practice or they didn't get to do thee stuff they wanted to do. Like we were teaching them little stunts like thigh stands. They enjoyed that and they knew if they misbehaved they wouldn't be allowed to do their cool new stunts.
Also, as an incentive if they were doing excellent behavior wise they were able to practice with the junior varsity cheerleading squad.

these guys are k-6 and I have no idea. I live in a poor community so Spirit Squad as we call it does not get any money except the little I can raise the guys have to buy there own shirt. So money is tight and I need to know where I can find some cheer and dance help preferably that is free or a least cheap. I have been searching the internet for hours can anybody help me?

You might try contacting a local high school or nearby university to see if their cheerleaders would be willing to volunteer time to help.

Do any other cheeleaders pee their panties while cheering?
I always have a problem cheering on cold nights, and often hafta pee. The bouncing doesn't help or the hot drinks to stay warm. After having 2 peeing accdients and almost getting kicked off, I learned to hide it and now am good as long as we are outside.

try a mix those are always fun :) but do something that isnt over-played or has an good beat like the tricky remix. also, go online to find mixes ooh the UCA website has music downloads available and only for 99 cents!!!!

i cheered my whole 8th grade year
and i can kinda do a roundoff..
all jumps are good except double nine & pike. toetouch is getting better. :)

Why does my 5month old rottie continuesly pees?
My female rottie is 5 months old and I noticed that she repeatedly pees. I keep her outside in the yard, so I went to play with her and she keeped squadding down to pee every little while. I'm not sure if I should be concerned? Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks

Probably a UTI. My dog had the same problem a while back. Quick vet visit and some antibiotics and she will be fine.

I would not drink anything for a few hours before you cheer, and use the bathroom before you go to cheer. If it keeps up I would ho see a doctor because something could be wrong with your bladder. It could be just that you are nervous about messing a cheer up.

im in 6th grade and tryouts for the junior high cheerleading squad at my school are in march. i have cheered for 2 years on a pee wee squad. im really good at motions and stuff, but i dont pick up on really complicated dances fast. i take 2 tumbling classes and a jumps and motions class. i need some tips! how can i stay calm and not appear nervous in front of the judges? and i need some tips for getting more flexible and getting my jumps higher. and please tell me how tryouts go.. im so curious!! thanks SO much in advance!

Hello. I coach cheerleading and used to be an All American Cheerleader. In addition to the previous responses, I'd like to give you tips on learning the dance routine. With each 8 count that you learn, totally focus on what you should do. Once you have the basic of it, practice it w/ your eyes closed & then in front of a mirror (w/ your eyes open of course :0). Ask someone to watch you to ensure your motions are in the right place. Make eye contact w/ your judges and have fun. At tryouts, the ones that actually look like they're having fun are the ones that impress the most. IF you do mess up during the tryout, keep going. Find a point in which you know and jump right back in. Don't let it take over you and get you frustrated. Take a deep breath and keep going. Smile! Pin your hair back and free from your face. Wear your school colors if there isn't already a pre-requisite on what you should wear. And when you get that tryout cheer & dance, practice, practice, practice! You'll do fine! Don't be intimidated by other girls that you see. Stay focused. Have fun, sweety!
