| Got any photography/design ideas for breast cancer awareness fund raiser? I'm going to try to do the Breast Cancer 3-Day walk this year. I'm a photographer and would like to design a calendar for part of my fund raising. I haven't done the walk before, otherwise I would use my photos from another year. Basically I need some ideas for the cover as well as for 12 months. I need some type of generic photo of women or pink things, maybe girlie stuff I don't know. Just brain storming here. What do you think about random photos of girlie things, some of girls, women, walking shoes anything else? I'd like for it to relate to all women and men if possible, but not necessary. |

I've gone through the mother nature, hair, make up, and clothes routine. I don't like it. I just need an idea to get me started. Also, do not suggestion naked curves, breasts, necks, or anything like that. The female body is not the only thing that could be considered feminine. It's also very over played. |
| There could be several types of femininity such a mother with her guy, different angles and views of skin, close up of a woman's eyes, it is kinda like you just need to sit back and think of what it means to you. To me I think of a mom with her guy or softness, or you could go the sheer and sexy route. Photographs have to reflect you and so you need to look into your views and you will find it as you start shooting. |
| Photography website dedicated to breasts? I am an aspiring artist, and I particularly enjoy drawing nude women. Lately I have been drawing breasts, in great detail. Focusing on them. Now, pornography websites often have breasts, yes, but not *just* breasts. I have no interest in drawing penises, sex toys, or other anomalies. I would like to find a website that eliminates all such things in favor of the breasts. Do you know of any such sites? They need not focus on *excessively large or unusual breasts*, which seems to be the tendency of most "breast" sites I have come across. | I am 27. How can I convince my doctor that a partial hysterectomy is appropriate for me? I have suffered from painful dysmenorrhoa and endometriosis since the age of 13, but barely got diagnosed last year when i had a laparoscopy where they removed an ovarian cyst. I have been on the pill for almost 10 years and am afraid of the long term affects they may have on my body. My periods have not improved; i get sick all over again once i stop taking the pills and at one time developed cysts in my breast due to the type of pills taken. My husband and I have decided we do not want guyren; i have a great career and can finally afford college and get my degree in photography. Guyren are nice, but i have no desire to give birth; to be honest, to adopt an orphan or foster guy thrills me more than anything and seems to be the right thing to do. But when i discuss having a partial hysterectomy, even with my condition, i am easily dismissed. What do you recommend I do to get what I have considered for years as a health option for myself? |
| I recommend a doctor who will listen to you. You are not asking for an operation to make your life easier, you are asking for surgery to improve the quality of your life. Don't settle for just one, two or even three dr.'s. Find a respectable one who will listen. Call and instead of making appointments for check ups, make consultation visits. Good luck. | Why is my breast milk supply is decreasing? My baby is a little over 2 months old and I went back to work almost two weeks ago. It is not a long work day just about 5 hours every couple days. I noticed last night that my breast were much much smaller and was worried she wasn't getting enough milk. She slept through the night though, so she must have. I am no longer leaking like I used to, but now I am almost wishing I was :( I stayed home today so I wouldn't skip any feedings and I will ask my boss about pumping at work but I don't know how possible that would be because we are a mobile photography company going to different schools and day cares taking pictures so I would need to bother the school for a private room to pump. I really don't want to lose my milk supply and I consindered maybe mixing a little formula with pumped breastmilk but realized that would only make my supply decrease more. Any help or advice? And is this normal? Maybe I just don't need to produce as much milk as before and my body realized the level I need to nourish? But She is only 2 months old..Help! |
| First, congratulations on your commitment to breastfeeding your little girl! Next, please take a deep breath and know that there is nothing wrong with your milk supply. Once your body adjusts to her demand you may not ever notice that "full" feeling or leak again, yet your body is making plenty of milk for her needs. The best indicator of your milk supply is your daughter. You said she's sleeping normally, sems happy, so everything is going great! Pat yourself on the back, Mom! At around 3 months she may go through a growrth spurt and you might feel like she's feeding around the clock. This can lead some moms to think that they're not producing enough when their babies start wanting to eat more often, but really it's the babies' way to get what the need to nourish the growth spurt. If you are nursing and pumping regularly then you should not worry about your supply. Your daughter is the best gauge of your milk supply, not how full your breasts feel or if you're leaking. Oh, and I wanted to mention...I would almost guarantee that the schools you visit have more than one mother who is pumping breastmilk for her own baby. I am sure they would have an empty office or conference room they'd be happy to let you use. Don't be afraid to ask. Your boss cannot deny you the opportunity to pump if you do it on your own breaks, and I am confident the schools will have a place where you can have a few moments of privacy. Hang in there, you're doing great!!! Please just know that your daughter is the best gauge of your supply! :) |

If the work is for a class, they may have guidelines to follow or a good idea of what they want the finished result to be.
